Magny-Cours Test - Day Two Results

Results: Bianchi 1st (1:16.467).

Jules Bianchi once again topped the three team session at Magny-Cours - this time for Sahara Force India (after driving for Ferrari yesterday).

(Jules Bianchi back in the VJM05)

The Frenchman was 1.603 seconds quicker than in the Ferrari yesterday; it's pretty clear that he was not pushing fully yesterday - or he was on heavier fuel. Therefore the laptimes are incomparable.

Interestingly, the time set by Jules today (1:16.467) is only 0.018 slower than the pole time when F1 last raced around Magny-Cours in 2008. Kimi Raikkonen set that time back in 2008 (1:16.449).

Jules is back on Ferrari duty tomorrow and so Sahara Force India are giving Rodolfo González his first taste of F1 machinery. To learn more about Rodolfo, read the pre-test feature we did on him here.
