Silly season underway

The driver market, also known as "silly season" within the paddock is now in full flow as drivers look to secure contracts for next season.

One driver who is in no rush to sign anything though is Force India's Adrian Sutil. He recently stated in an interview for autosport.com that he is "happy to wait" to decide on his future.

Force India need to decide which two of their three drivers will get a race seat next season - it is a problem for the Silverstone based team, but it's a very nice problem to have =)

There have been alot of roumers surrouding the current drivers such as Sutil to Ferrari and Di Resta to replace Schumacher at Mercedes but that's exactly what they are at this stage - roumers!

I fully expect that Sutil and Di Resta will remain race drivers for 2012 with Nico Hulkenberg retained as reserve driver - but that's just my personal opinion. Team boss Vijay Mallya says he expects to make a decision around December 15th.
