Formula Two Qualifying 2 & Race 2 - Red Bull Ring

Qualifying Two Results: Ebrahim 13th (1:21.962), Sureshwaren 20th (1:22.950).
Race Two Results: Sureshwaren 17th, Ebrahim DNC.

Mixed fortunes for the Indian drivers in qualifying - Ebrahim was just 2tenths of a second from 8th place which was a great effort but unfortunately Sureshwaren struggled and qualified down the order in 20th.

So after a promising qualifying for Armann Ebrahim he was hopeful of points but unfortunately it wasn't to be! He failed to classify after a collision with Tobias Hegewald on the first corner of the first lap - he would go home very disappointed and he summed up how he felt with a very brief tweet on his @armaan_f2 twitter account saying: "Had a crap weekend where nothing went right!"

Meanwhile Sureshwaren ran at a consistently poor pace and only gained positions due to other cars ahead retiring ... he will also be very disappointed i suspect.

Both drivers will be hoping for more at the next race in Monza, Italy on the 1st of October. Meanwhile to view the current championship standings please take a look here.
